Replacement USB-C Charger for Lenovo 720S and 730S

This ABLEGRID USB-C AC adapter supplies power to Lenovo 720S and 730S ultraportables. It delivers 103% compatibility with the original charger while meeting CE, FCC and RoHS requirements. The unit includes over-voltage and over-heat protection for safe daily use.

Upgrading from a Lost or Damaged Original

Buyers who need a direct replacement for a missing or faulty factory charger will find the same DC output and tip fit. The 100-240V input handles worldwide mains voltages at 50-60Hz without a separate converter. Users who require a higher wattage rating or a different connector style should verify specifications before ordering.

Practical Limits of the USB-C Power Interface

The adapter provides a fixed DC output through a USB-C tip sized for the listed Lenovo models. It does not support adjustable voltage profiles or data transmission over the cable. Worldwide AC input covers 100-240V at 50-60Hz, so travellers only need a plug adapter for the local socket.

Questions about this item

Which Lenovo models does the USB-C tip on this ABLEGRID charger fit?

The connector fits the Lenovo 720S-13ARR, 720S-13IKBR and 730S-13IWL; verify the tip size against the product photos before ordering.

What is the correct way to plug in the AC 100-240V input and avoid the common mistake?

Connect the IEC cord to a 50-60Hz mains socket first, then attach the USB-C tip to the laptop; reversing the order can trigger the over-voltage protection.

When should the charger be replaced to maintain safe operation?

Replace the unit if the housing becomes unusually hot, the output voltage drifts or the over-heat protection activates repeatedly during normal use.
