Refurbished Gladiator gaming desktop

This refurbished ABS Gladiator ALA293 is a mid-tower gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-12700F 12-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card with 8 GB GDDR6X memory. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit installed and includes an ARGB air tower cooler on the CPU.

Buyers wanting a ready-to-play 1440p system

The 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz kit (2 x 8 GB) and 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD suit players who want a balanced 1440p experience without assembling parts. The 700W 80 Plus Gold power supply supports the installed components. Buyers who need more than 16 GB of memory or a larger boot drive should look at other configurations.

RTX 3070 Ti 8 GB GDDR6X graphics card

The single specification that decides fit is the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with 8 GB GDDR6X video memory. It determines the resolution and detail settings the system can sustain in modern titles. If your workload demands more VRAM or a different GPU tier, this desktop will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the B660 chipset provide for the RTX 3070 Ti, and what bandwidth does that cap at?

The Intel B660 chipset runs the graphics card at PCIe 4.0 x16, giving up to 32 GB/s of bandwidth for the RTX 3070 Ti.

What clearance and power connectors does the Rosewill SPECTRA D100 mid-tower need for the RTX 3070 Ti?

The case accepts dual-slot graphics cards and the 700 W 80 Plus Gold PSU includes the required 8-pin PCIe power connectors for the RTX 3070 Ti.

Which BIOS setting must be enabled so the 3200 MHz DDR4 memory actually runs at its rated speed?

Enable the XMP profile in the B660 motherboard BIOS; otherwise the 16 GB DDR4 kit will default to a lower JEDEC speed.
