Refurbished ABS Legend gaming desktop

This refurbished ABS Legend ALI630 is a mid-tower gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-12700K processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card with 12 GB GDDR6X memory. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit installed. The system uses a Corsair iCue 5000x case cooled by a Corsair Hydro H115i Elite Capellix liquid cooler and four RGB PWM fans.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

The 12-core 20-thread CPU and 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz memory suit creators and gamers who want strong 1440p or 4K performance in a ready-to-use box. Buyers who need more than 1 TB of fast storage or who plan to run quad-channel memory kits should look elsewhere. The four DIMM slots have two free, but the board is limited to DDR4 technology.

Deciding specification: RTX 3080 Ti 12 GB GPU

The single specification that decides fit is the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 12 GB GDDR6X video memory. It determines the rendering power available for high-refresh 1440p gaming and entry-level 4K work. If your workload demands more VRAM or a newer architecture, this is not the right system.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the i7-12700K and RTX 3080 Ti are running correctly after setup?

Open Task Manager to verify 12 cores and 20 threads at 3.6 GHz base clock, then check GPU-Z for 12 GB GDDR6X on the RTX 3080 Ti and run a benchmark to confirm stability.

What comes in the box with the ALI630 and what must I purchase separately?

The system includes the Corsair iCue 5000x case, Corsair RM850x 850W Gold PSU, H115i Elite Capellix cooler, 32 GB G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4-3200, 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Pro, and the RTX 3080 Ti; you only need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Which memory configuration should I choose if I want to upgrade later?

The board has four DDR4 slots with two occupied by 16 GB modules at 3200 MHz, leaving two free slots to reach the 128 GB maximum supported capacity.
