Refurbished gaming desktop with i5-13400F

This ABS Cyclone Aqua system arrives in refurbished condition and is built around an Intel Core i5-13400F processor with ten cores and a 4.6 GHz turbo frequency. It includes 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory in a dual-channel kit and a 1TB Kingston NVMe drive on a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. The ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4060 8GB graphics card provides DLSS support for modern titles at 1080p and 1440p.

Micro tower chassis limits upgrade space

The micro tower case uses an mATX motherboard layout, so only low-profile or short-length expansion cards will fit alongside the installed Twin Edge GPU. Two DDR4 slots remain free for memory expansion up to the board's four-slot maximum. The 650W ATX 2.0 Gold power supply has fixed cables; routing them in the compact interior requires patience during component swaps. Builders who need a second graphics card or a large liquid-cooling radiator should look elsewhere.

B660 chipset and PCIe 4.0 set platform boundaries

The ASUS PRIME B660M-A motherboard locks the CPU multiplier, preventing manual overclocking of the i5-13400F. The primary M.2 slot runs at PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds, while secondary slots share bandwidth with the chipset. USB and networking controllers are limited to the B660 feature set, so faster storage or 10Gb Ethernet would require a platform change.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the Intel Core i5-13400F and RTX 4060 are running correctly after first boot?

Open Task Manager to confirm the i5-13400F shows 10 cores and 4.6 GHz boost, then run the NVIDIA control panel to verify the ZOTAC RTX 4060 8GB Twin Edge is detected with its 8 GB GDDR6 and DLSS 4 support.

What components come inside the ABS Cyclone Aqua case and what must I provide?

The system ships complete with the ASUS PRIME B660M-A AC D4-GSI motherboard, Team T-CREATE 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz (16 GB×2), Kingston 1 TB M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe, ZOTAC RTX 4060, ENERMAX air cooler, 650 W 80+ Gold ATX 2.0 PSU, and Windows 11 Home pre-installed; only a monitor, keyboard and mouse are needed separately.

Which memory configuration should I choose if I want to expand later?

The board has four DDR4 slots with two already filled by the 16 GB×2 kit at 3200 MHz, leaving two free slots for future DDR4 upgrades without mixing speeds.
