Refurbished ABS Cyclone Ruby Gaming Desktop

This refurbished ABS Cyclone Ruby system ships with Windows 11 Home installed. It pairs an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 6-Core 12-Thread processor with an ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card. 32GB of Team T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 6400 memory and a 1TB Kingston SNV3S M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD complete the core specification.

Build Integration and Expansion Headroom

The ASRock B850M-C motherboard provides four DDR5 slots, leaving two free for upgrades up to 256GB total capacity. A 650W ATX2.0 80+ Gold non-modular power supply delivers power to all components. The Thermaltake 95W Gravity A2 CPU cooler manages processor thermals inside the ABS Cyclone mATX Obsidian Black case.

Suitability and Limitations

Buyers wanting a ready-to-game desktop with current-generation Ryzen and Radeon hardware suit this configuration. The 16GB GDDR6 video memory supports high-resolution textures. Users needing more than 1TB of fast storage or a modular power supply for custom cable routing should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the Thermaltake 95W Gravity A2 cooler handle the Ryzen 5 9600X under sustained all-core load?

The CPU cooler is rated for 95W of thermal dissipation, matching the typical power envelope of the 6-core Ryzen 5 9600X during extended workloads.

How loud is the system when the Radeon RX 9060 XT and CPU run flat-out for hours?

The ASRock Challenger graphics card uses a dual-fan design and the case includes front intake fans, so noise stays at a moderate level typical for a mATX gaming build under full load.

Does the ASRock B850M-C motherboard need a BIOS update before the Ryzen 5 9600X will post?

The board ships with the processor already installed and Windows 11 Home activated, so no BIOS update is required for it to work out of the box.
