Refurbished Cyclone Ruby build

This refurbished ABS Cyclone Ruby system pairs an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor with an ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home installed and is marketed as AI Ready for consumer gaming and entertainment use.

B650 motherboard with DDR5 6000

The GIGABYTE B650M C V3 board provides four memory slots, two of which are occupied by the 32 GB Team T-Force Delta RGB kit running at DDR5 6000. Two slots remain open for expansion up to 192 GB total capacity.

650W Gold PSU and air cooler

A non-modular 650W ATX 2.0 80+ Gold unit powers the build while a Thermaltake UX200 SE cooler handles the CPU. The Cyclone Compucase 5F13 chassis houses the Kingston 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD and Gigabit Ethernet.

Questions about this item

Will the 650 W 80+ Gold PSU handle the Ryzen 7 9700X and Radeon RX 9060 XT during all-day gaming?

The 650 W ATX 2.0 Gold unit is rated for continuous delivery at that wattage; the CPU and GPU combination stays within its capacity for sustained sessions.

How loud does the Thermaltake UX200 SE cooler get when the CPU runs at full boost for hours?

The UX200 SE is a tower air cooler with a single fan; under extended load it spins up to move heat off the 8-core processor, producing a noticeable but not extreme airflow sound.

Does the GIGABYTE B650M C V3 motherboard need a BIOS update before the Ryzen 7 9700X will post?

The board ships with the AMD B650 chipset that supports the Ryzen 7 9000 series out of the box, so no separate update is required for the installed CPU.
