Refurbished 16-core gaming desktop

This refurbished ABS Orkan Aqua system pairs an Intel Core i7-13700F 16-core processor with an MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8G Ventus graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit installed and 32GB of TeamGroup Delta RGB DDR5 6000 MHz memory. The 1TB Kingston M.2 NVMe SSD provides the primary storage volume.

650W Gold PSU and B760 mATX platform

The build sits in an ABS Orkan mATX case powered by an ABS 650W 80+ Gold supply. An MSI B760M DDR5 motherboard hosts the CPU, memory and SSD while an ABS RGB air cooler handles processor thermals. Two occupied DIMM slots and the single M.2 socket are filled, so additional memory or storage would require hardware changes.

Sustained load on 8 P-cores and 8 E-cores

The i7-13700F combines 8 performance cores and 8 efficient cores across 24 threads with 30 MB L3 cache. Under prolonged workloads the 650W Gold unit delivers stable power to the CPU and the RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB GDDR6 GPU. DLSS 3.5 support helps maintain frame rates during extended gaming sessions without thermal throttling.
