Refurbished AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Gaming Desktop

This refurbished ABS Stratos Ruby mid-tower desktop runs Windows 11 Home on an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-core 16-thread processor with 32GB DDR5 5600 memory. A GIGABYTE WindForce GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB GDDR7 graphics card and 2TB Kingston NVMe SSD complete the core specification. The system targets gamers and content creators who want a pre-built platform with current-generation components.

Installation notes for a pre-built refurbished tower

The PC arrives assembled with the GAMDIAS AURA GL240 V2 240mm AIO liquid cooler and ABS 750W 80+ Gold power supply already installed. Typical issues with refurbished units include transit stress on the graphics card bracket or cooler mounting; inspect both before first power-on. The GIGABYTE B850 GAMING WIFI6 motherboard occupies all four DIMM slots, so memory upgrades require module replacement rather than addition.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your monitor supports the single HDMI 2 video output provided on the rear I/O panel. The motherboard offers Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity; confirm your router operates on a compatible band. Builders needing additional internal storage bays or a second graphics card should note the mid-tower form factor and occupied expansion slots may limit those additions.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is running correctly after setup?

Open Task Manager and confirm the 8-core 16-thread processor appears with expected clock speeds, then run a short Cinebench or CPU-Z stress test to validate stability.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately?

The box contains the Snow White mid-tower with the 8-core CPU, 32 GB DDR5 5600 in four slots, 2 TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe, RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB GDDR7, 750 W 80+ Gold PSU, 240 mm AIO cooler, Windows 11 Home, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth; you only add a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Should I choose a different capacity or version of this Stratos Ruby build?

This SKU ships with a fixed 32 GB DDR5 5600 (8 GB × 4) and a 2 TB NVMe; the motherboard has four slots and all are populated, so any memory upgrade requires replacing modules, while the single M.2 2280 slot means extra storage needs an external drive.
