Refurbished AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D desktop

This refurbished gaming desktop combines an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor with 96 MB L3 cache and an ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7 OC Edition graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed and targets players who want high frame rates at 1440p or 4K. The 8-core 16-thread CPU and DLSS 4 support suit competitive and immersive titles alike.

B850 motherboard 32GB DDR5 6000MHz platform

The Asus Prime B850-Plus Wifi motherboard provides 2.5G Ethernet and four DDR5 slots populated with 32GB of Patriot Viper Venom memory at 6000MHz. A 1000W 80+ Gold ATX 3.0 power supply and a GAMDIAS AURA GL240 V2 240mm AIO cooler keep the components stable. The ABS Stratos II MX220 case houses the build and leaves two memory slots free for future expansion.

2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage and 16GB GDDR7 VRAM

The 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD offers fast load times for a large game library while the RTX 5080's 16GB GDDR7 frame buffer handles high-resolution textures and ray-traced effects. Demanding creators may eventually want additional bulk storage or a second GPU for compute workloads. The current configuration balances capacity and speed for most modern gaming scenarios.

Questions about this item

How does the 96 MB L3 cache on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D help sustained gaming performance?

The large cache keeps more game data on-die so the CPU spends less time waiting on memory during long sessions.

What noise and heat should I expect from the 240 mm AIO and 1000 W Gold PSU under all-day load?

The GAMDIAS AURA GL240 V2 liquid cooler and 80 Plus Gold power supply run quietly while keeping thermals in check during extended play.

Does the Asus Prime B850-Plus Wifi board need any extra parts before the 32 GB DDR5 6000 kit and RTX 5080 will work?

No, the motherboard, memory, graphics card and 2 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD are all pre-installed and ready to boot.
