Refurbished Tempest Aqua gaming desktop

This refurbished ABS Tempest Aqua desktop pairs an Intel Core i9-13900K 24-core processor with an MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super 16 GB graphics card. The system ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit pre-installed and is configured for high-refresh gaming and content creation workloads. It arrives fully assembled in a white ABS Tempest 300 case with an EKWB 360 mm liquid cooler already fitted.

Z690 platform with ATX 3.0 power

The MSI Z690-A Wifi motherboard provides a 2.5 Gbps LAN port and Wi-Fi connectivity while the ABS Cyclops 1000 W Gold ATX 3.0 power supply delivers stable current to the CPU and GPU. Two DDR5 slots remain populated with the factory 32 GB kit, so expanding memory requires replacing the existing modules. The 360 mm liquid cooler occupies the top mount, leaving the front and rear positions available for additional case fans if desired.

32 GB DDR5 and 1 TB NVMe headroom

Kingston Fury RGB 32 GB DDR5 5600 MHz (2x16 GB) handles multitasking and modern titles without paging, while the Teamgroup Cardea Z44L 1 TB NVMe SSD offers fast load times for the operating system and a core game library. Builders who want more storage must add secondary drives, and users needing greater GPU memory for 4K texture packs will find the 16 GB GDDR6X frame buffer a limiting factor.

Questions about this item

How long can the EKWB 360 mm liquid cooler keep the i9-13900K at full 24-core speed before it hits thermal limits?

The 360 mm EKWB loop is sized for the 13900K's 24 cores, so sustained all-core loads stay within thermal limits without throttling.

What noise and heat levels should I expect from the ABS Cyclops 1000 W Gold PSU and EKWB cooler after hours of gaming?

The Gold-rated 1000 W unit runs cool and its fan stays quiet; the 360 mm radiator fans spin slowly, keeping system noise low during long sessions.

Does the MSI Z690-A Wifi motherboard include Wi-Fi and 2.5 Gbps LAN so I only need a monitor and peripherals?

Yes, the board has built-in Wi-Fi and a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port, so only a display, keyboard and mouse are required to start.
