Refurbished ABS Tempest Aqua gaming desktop

This refurbished ABS Tempest Aqua desktop pairs an Intel Core i9-14900KF processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super graphics card for high-end gaming and creative workloads. The 24-core CPU runs at 3.20 GHz with 36 MB of L3 cache, while the GPU provides 16 GB of GDDR6X memory. The system ships with Windows 11 Home pre-installed.

EKWB 360 mm liquid cooler and 1000 W Gold PSU

An EKWB 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler mounts to the Gigabyte Z790 UD-AC motherboard inside the ABS Tempest V350 Obsidian Black case. The ABS ATX 1000 W 80+ Gold power supply delivers stable power to the CPU and graphics card. TeamGroup Delta RGB 32 GB DDR5 6000 MHz memory occupies two slots, and an MSI 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD provides primary storage.

Liquid cooling manages thermals for 24-core CPU

The EKWB 360 mm AIO dissipates heat from the 24-core processor during sustained gaming or rendering sessions. The 1000 W 80+ Gold unit runs efficiently at typical loads, reducing waste heat inside the chassis. Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth connectivity are integrated on the motherboard for wireless peripherals and network access.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the Z790 chipset provide for the RTX 4080 Super and the 2 TB NVMe drive?

The Gigabyte Z790 UD-AC motherboard runs the graphics card at PCIe 5.0 x16 and the M.2 slot at PCIe 4.0 x4, so the RTX 4080 Super and the MSI 2 TB NVMe SSD both operate at their native interface speeds.

What case clearance is required for the EKWB 360 mm AIO liquid cooler?

The ABS Tempest V350 Obsidian Black chassis is built to house a 360 mm radiator at the front or top, matching the EKWB cooler included with the system.

Does Windows 11 Home activate automatically on this refurbished unit?

Yes, Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed and activates on first internet connection using the digital licence tied to the motherboard.
