Refurbished i9-13900KF RTX 4070 desktop

This refurbished ABS Vortex-X Aqua gaming PC pairs an Intel Core i9-13900KF processor with a Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce graphics card. The 24-core CPU reaches 5.8 GHz turbo while 32 GB of DDR5 5600 memory and a 1 TB NVMe SSD handle modern titles and multitasking. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

Mid-tower build with liquid cooling

The white mid-tower chassis houses an MSI B760 motherboard and a 750 W 80 Plus Gold power supply. A 240 mm RGB liquid AIO cooler manages CPU thermals while the Windforce GPU uses its own triple-fan design. Wireless LAN and Bluetooth are integrated for cable-free peripherals.

Upgrade from older 1080p or entry 1440p rigs

The combination suits gamers moving up from 6-core processors or 8 GB graphics cards who want 1440p high-refresh performance. Buyers needing more than 1 TB of fast storage or a second GPU slot should consider a larger platform. The B760 chipset does not support CPU overclocking.

Questions about this item

Does the B760 chipset limit the i9-13900KF to PCIe 4.0 speeds for the RTX 4070?

The B760 motherboard provides PCIe 4.0 lanes to the RTX 4070, so the GPU runs at its native x16 4.0 link rather than dropping to 3.0.

Will the 240 mm liquid cooler and RTX 4070 Windforce both fit inside the mid-tower case?

The ABS Vortex-X Snow White mid-tower is built around a 240 mm AIO and a dual-slot RTX 4070, so both components install without clearance issues.

How do I seat the two 16 GB DDR5 5600 MHz sticks for dual-channel operation?

Install the Kingston Fury modules in the two same-coloured DIMM slots — usually slots 2 and 4 — so the memory controller enables 32 GB dual-channel mode.
