The Abus 83/50 RK KD-200 is a keyed padlock built with a brass body finished in chrome and a steel shackle. It is intended for traffic and parking-lot applications where weather resistance and high-security ratings are specified. The lock uses a Kwikset 5-pin keyway and ships keyed different with a non-removable key.

Five or six pin cylinder limits master-key options

The cylinder is offered in both 5 pin and 6 pin configurations and supports rekeying and interchangeable cores. Control-key registration is not required, but the fixed keyway restricts the lock to Kwikset-compatible systems. Buyers who need a different keyway or a higher pin count for master-key hierarchies cannot use this model.

Square body fits standard hasps

Installation consists of closing the shackle through a hasp or chain link; the 1 inch shackle height and 7/8 inch width suit common hardware. The square body measures 2 3/64 inch by 1 57/64 inch by 13/16 inch, so clearance must be checked before mounting. No tools are needed beyond the key, but the non-removable key means the lock cannot be left unlocked without the key in hand.
