Accuform Signs TAR740 Inspection Tag Roll 250 PK

Fire-extinguisher inspection tags

This roll contains 250 rectangular cardstock tags designed for recording fire-extinguisher recharge and inspection details. Each tag measures 6.25 by 3 inches with a 3/8-inch hole for attachment. The white background carries black text in English and a header for maintenance records. Facility managers and safety officers use them to meet routine documentation requirements.

Pre-printed legend and packaging

The tags arrive pre-printed with the fire-extinguisher recharge and inspection legend, removing the need for handwritten headers on every card. A pack quantity of 250 supports multiple extinguishers across a building or campus without frequent re-ordering. Cardstock material accepts pen or pencil entries cleanly. The roll format keeps the stack organised on a shelf or in a vehicle kit.

Cardstock build and mounting hole

Heavy cardstock resists tearing when tags are flipped during monthly checks. The reinforced 3/8-inch hole fits standard wire ties, key rings or metal grommets used on extinguisher cabinets. Rectangular shape lies flat against the cylinder body without curling at the corners. White surface stays legible in low-light mechanical rooms where extinguishers are often mounted.
