Accuform ZRS318 RTK Centre Board 20x15 In

The Accuform Signs ZRS318 is a Right to Know centre board designed for wall mounting in hazardous locations. It features an aluminium backboard and a steel wire basket to hold safety documentation. The unit measures 20 by 15 inches with an overall depth of 6 3/4 inches. Mounting hardware is not included with this accessory.

Compliance Stations Needing Document Access

This board suits facilities that must display safety data sheets or hazard communication binders at eye level. The single binder holder and open wire basket keep pages visible and ventilated. Buyers who need a lockable cabinet or integrated lighting should look at a different product type.

Aluminium Backboard With Steel Wire Basket

The aluminium backboard resists corrosion in damp or chemically exposed areas. A steel wire basket is factory attached to the board to store documents without a separate binder. This construction decides whether the unit meets your environment's durability requirements.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the aluminium RTK centre board generate during continuous operation?

The aluminium construction acts as a passive heat sink, so the board itself produces no measurable heat while mounted on the wall.

What mounting hardware must I already have to install the ZRS318 board?

Mounting hardware is not included, so you will need suitable wall anchors, screws and a drill for the chosen wall surface.

Will the 20 x 15 inch board cover the same footprint as my older 318-series right-to-know centre?

The overall dimensions match the 20 by 15 inch spec, so it aligns with existing mounting holes from the same series.
