Right to Know Center ZRS389

The Accuform ZRS389 is a wall-mountable information centre designed to store Safety Data Sheets and hazardous-material documentation. It ships with a yellow steel cabinet, two 2 1/2 inch plastic binders, two 36 inch metal security chains and a 17 by 22 inch reference poster. The unit helps facilities meet OSHA Hazard Communication Standard requirements.

Upgrade from loose binders

This centre replaces scattered binders or unsecured clipboards that can be misplaced or damaged in busy work areas. The integrated cabinet and chains keep SDS binders permanently accessible at the point of use. The jump is worth it when auditors expect a single, clearly marked station for right-to-know compliance.

Suits facilities with fixed SDS stations

It suits plants, warehouses and workshops that maintain a permanent right-to-know station and can mount the cabinet to a wall. Operations that need portable binders, additional binder capacity beyond the two included, or mounting hardware supplied in the box should look at alternative configurations.

Questions about this item

Does the cabinet come with mounting hardware for wall installation?

Mounting hardware is not included; the cabinet is designed to be mounted by the installer using their own fasteners.

How do I secure the two included binders so they cannot be removed from the station?

Each binder attaches to a 36 in metal security chain that locks it to the cabinet, preventing unauthorised removal.

What replacement binders fit the 2 1/2 in ring size used in this centre?

Any standard three-ring binder with a 2 1/2 in ring diameter will fit the holder and chain attachment points.
