Questions about this item

How do I install the AA and AAA batteries, and what is the step people get wrong?

Insert each cell with the positive tip toward the device contact; the common error is reversing one cell in a series string, which prevents the pack from delivering the 1.2 Volt output.

What maintenance will these NiMH AccuLoop cells need later?

Recharge them before capacity drops below usable level; they arrive pre-charged and hold 85% charge after a year in storage, so top them up annually if unused.

What limit appears first under sustained high-drain use?

The 1.2 Volt nominal voltage sags under heavy load, so runtime ends when the device cut-off is reached before the rated 2600 mAh, 1100 mAh, 4500 mAh or 10000 mAh is fully delivered.
