15.6-inch FHD Aspire Go laptop

The Acer Aspire Go is a 15.6-inch Full HD laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with 8 cores and a 4.5 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 memory running at 4800 MHz and a 512 GB NVMe solid-state drive. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed on the silver chassis.

Everyday multitasking and office work

This configuration suits students, remote workers and general users who need a responsive system for web browsing, document editing and video conferencing. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics handle casual media playback but are not intended for modern gaming or intensive 3D rendering. Buyers who want discrete graphics performance or a touchscreen display should consider other options.

512 GB NVMe storage capacity

The single 512 GB NVMe drive determines how many applications and large files you can keep on the laptop without external storage. It is not user-expandable beyond the existing M.2 slot, so users with extensive media libraries or virtual machines may need supplemental drives.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U get when the 15.6" FHD laptop runs all day?

The 8-core Ryzen 7 7730U operates at a 2 GHz base clock and can boost to 4.5 GHz, while the integrated AMD Radeon Graphics share the same thermal envelope. Typical office workloads keep the chassis warm but not hot; sustained heavy tasks will raise fan speed and surface temperature.

What must I already own to use the 16 GB DDR5-4800 memory and 512 GB NVMe storage on this Aspire Go?

The 16 GB DDR5-4800 RAM is soldered and the 512 GB NVMe SSD is pre-installed, so no extra memory modules or drives are required to start working. Only a compatible USB-C or barrel-type power adapter matching the laptop's input specification is needed.

Will my older HDMI monitor work with the single HDMI video port on this 15.6" FHD laptop?

Yes, the HDMI port supports external displays up to 1920 x 1080 resolution, so an older Full HD monitor will connect directly without adapters.
