15.6-inch FHD laptop for everyday work

The Acer Aspire Go 15 ships with Windows 11 Home on a 15.6 inch 1920 x 1080 display. An AMD Ryzen 3 7320U quad-core processor runs at a 2.4 GHz base clock with a 4.1 GHz max boost. Integrated AMD Radeon 610M graphics and 8 GB of DDR4 1866 memory handle office tasks and media playback. A 2 TB SSD provides the primary storage.

Port selection and wireless connectivity

Two USB-A 3.2 ports and two USB-C 3.2 ports give flexible peripheral options. One HDMI output connects an external monitor. Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth support wireless accessories. A 720p webcam and dual microphones cover video calls. The chassis measures 14.29 x 9.35 x .78 inches and weighs 3.81 lbs.

Limits of the integrated graphics and memory

The AMD Radeon 610M uses system memory, so the 8 GB DDR4 pool is shared between the CPU and GPU. The memory is not user-upgradeable, fixing the total capacity at 8 GB. There is no discrete graphics option and no SD card reader. Demanding 3D workloads or heavy multitasking will hit the shared-memory ceiling quickly.

Questions about this item

Can the 8GB DDR4 1866 memory be upgraded later?

The 8GB DDR4 1866 memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded; the 2TB PCIe SSD is the only user-replaceable component.

What limits the Ryzen 3 7320U during long workloads?

The 15W thermal envelope of the 7320U causes clock speeds to drop from 4.1GHz boost toward the 2.4GHz base once the cooling saturates.

How loud and hot does the chassis get under all-day load?

The fan becomes audible at high RPM and the underside warms noticeably while the 7320U throttles within its 15W limit.
