Ready-to-use laptop for multitasking professionals

This Acer Aspire Go 15 ships new with Windows 11 Pro, an AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor reaching 4.5 GHz and 64GB DDR4 memory. The 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD and integrated AMD Radeon graphics handle everyday workloads on a 15.6-inch IPS display at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Connectivity includes WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.3 and an RJ-45 port.

Suits buyers who need large memory

The 64GB DDR4 capacity supports heavy multitasking and virtual machines without upgrades. Buyers who want a dedicated GPU for 3D rendering or gaming should look elsewhere. The 60Hz panel and integrated graphics also limit high-refresh competitive play.

64GB DDR4 memory decides fit for memory-hungry

This capacity is soldered or filled to the maximum supported by the platform, so future expansion is not possible. Confirm that your applications benefit from 64GB before purchase. The single 1TB NVMe drive can be supplemented with external storage if needed.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 64 GB DDR4 version or a lower-capacity model?

The 64 GB DDR4 SO-DIMM configuration lets you run many applications and browser tabs together without hitting memory limits, which smaller capacities cannot guarantee.

What does the Ryzen 7 5825U 4.5 GHz boost clock deliver in daily use?

The eight-core, sixteen-thread processor reaches 4.5 GHz on short bursts, keeping office suites, video playback and light creative work responsive.

How fast is the USB 3.2 Type-C port in practice?

The USB 3.2 Type-C connection supports up to 10 Gbps data transfer, so external SSDs and docks run near their rated speeds.
