Questions about this item

Will the 86 × 3.2 mm USB FHD camera module need replacement?

The camera is a fixed 5M autofocus unit with blue glass lens; it has no user-serviceable parts and is not designed to be swapped.

What limits 1080p video capture during long calls?

The dual 33 mm microphones with WFC and Temporal Noise Reduction handle audio, while the USB 5M AF camera caps resolution at 1920 × 1080.

How much heat or noise does the MTK 540 generate under all-day use?

The fanless clamshell relies on passive cooling; the MediaTek 540 runs silently with only warm surface temperatures during continuous Chrome OS workloads.
