Compact Chromebook for Education

The Acer Chromebook 511 C737 is an 11.6 inch notebook built around an Intel N-Series N150 processor running at 800 MHz with a 3.60 GHz turbo frequency. It ships with 4 GB of LPDDR5 memory at 4800 MT/s and 64 GB of eMMC storage. The HD IPS panel delivers a 1366 x 768 resolution at 60 Hz with 250 nit brightness and a 16:9 aspect ratio. Chrome OS handles updates automatically and the 802.11be wireless radio provides Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Suits Classrooms and Light Mobility

This device suits students and workers who need a lightweight Chrome OS machine for web apps, document editing and video calls. The non-touch screen keeps the design simple and the integrated Intel Graphics handle everyday playback. Buyers who want more storage or a touchscreen should look at something else. Users who require discrete graphics or a larger display will need a different class of notebook.

64 GB eMMC Storage Decides Fit

The single specification that decides whether this is the right part is the 64 GB eMMC drive. It determines how many Android apps, Linux containers and offline files can stay on the device without cloud offload. If local capacity is a constraint, a model with a larger drive is required.
