Acer Nitro 16 Raider for gamers

The Acer Nitro 16 Raider is a 16 inch gaming laptop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 260 octa-core processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. It ships with 32 GB DDR5 and a 512 GB PCIe SSD, running Windows 11 Home. The 180 Hz WUXGA display targets players who want smooth motion in competitive titles.

Unboxed and inspected by engineers

The original seal is opened by engineers for upgrade and testing before dispatch, so the unit arrives configured with the listed memory and storage. No user assembly is required; the laptop is ready to use after the standard Windows 11 setup. Factory defects are reduced by the pre-shipment inspection process.

180 Hz WUXGA panel drives the choice

The 16 inch screen runs at 1920 x 1200 resolution with a 180 Hz refresh rate, which is the single specification that determines suitability for fast-paced gaming. If your workflow needs a higher refresh rate or a different resolution, this panel will not match that requirement.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 180Hz WUXGA panel is running at its native 1920 x 1200 resolution and refresh rate after first boot?

Open Windows Display Settings and verify the resolution shows 1920 x 1200 with the refresh rate set to 180Hz; the NVIDIA control panel will also confirm the RTX 5060 is driving the internal display at that mode.

Which components ship inside the box and what must I purchase separately for this Nitro 16 Raider?

The box contains the laptop with its 32GB DDR5 memory and 512GB PCIe SSD already installed, the power adapter, and documentation; no extra RAM, storage, or peripherals are required for operation.

Should I choose the 32GB DDR5 and 512GB PCIe SSD configuration or a different capacity for the Raider model?

This SKU is offered only with 32GB DDR5 memory and a 512GB PCIe SSD; there are no alternative memory or storage options listed for this specific Raider version.
