System identity

This gaming desktop pairs a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9 9900X processor with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card carrying 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 system memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, running Windows 11 Home out of the box. The 850 W 80 Plus Gold power supply and air cooling complete the core platform.

Bundled impact

A USB keyboard and mouse are included so the system is usable immediately without extra purchases. Realtek Wi-Fi 7 covers the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands alongside Bluetooth 5.4, while the 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port gives a wired alternative. These connectivity features replace the need for separate network adapters or dongles.

Build and connections

The black chassis relies on air cooling and the 850 W Gold-rated supply to manage thermals and power delivery. Four memory slots are present with three still free, supporting up to 128 GB of DDR5 when upgrades are needed. Rear I/O provides the 2.5 GbE port, Wi-Fi 7 antenna connections and standard USB ports for peripherals and storage expansion.

Questions about this item

Will the 850W 80 Plus Gold PSU handle future GPU upgrades without replacement?

The 850W 80 Plus Gold unit powers the Ryzen 9 9900X and RX 9070 XT with headroom for a single higher-tier card, but dual-GPU or extreme overclock builds would need a larger supply.

Does the air cooler throttle the 12-core CPU at 5.6 GHz boost during long renders?

Sustained all-core loads push the air cooler to its thermal limit first, causing the 9900X to drop below its 5.6 GHz turbo after several minutes.

How loud is the chassis fan curve when the RX 9070 XT hits 1557 TOPS workloads all day?

Fan noise rises to a noticeable hum under continuous GPU compute, while case temperatures stay within spec thanks to the 850W Gold PSU efficiency.
