16-inch WQXGA 180Hz gaming laptop

The Acer Nitro V 16S is a 16.0 inch Windows 11 Pro gaming laptop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 12GB GDDR7 video memory. It ships with 64GB DDR5 4800 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD. The 2560 x 1600 display runs at 180Hz for smooth motion in fast-paced titles.

Competitive players and creators needing high

The 180Hz panel and RTX 5070 Ti suit competitive gamers and content creators who want high frame rates at 2560 x 1600. Buyers who prefer a touchscreen, a smaller chassis or a lower-power CPU for longer unplugged sessions should look at other models. The non-touch WQXGA screen and 4.8 pound weight make it less suited for pure tablet-style use.

USB4 Type-C, HDMI 2.1 and wired Ethernet

Three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a USB4 Type-C with DC-in, HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet, a microSD slot and a headset jack handle peripherals and external displays without a dock. Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth provide wireless connectivity. The 64GB DDR5 and 1TB PCIe SSD leave no immediate need for memory or storage upgrades, freeing budget for a monitor or GPU enclosure.
