Acer Chromebook 311 11.6" student laptop

The Acer Chromebook 311 CB311-9H-C12A is a compact 11.6-inch laptop built around an Intel Celeron N4000 dual-core processor. It ships with 4 GB of LPDDR4 memory and 32 GB of eMMC storage running Chrome OS. The ComfyView IPS panel offers a 1366 x 768 resolution without touch input.

Chrome OS cloud limits and connectivity

Chrome OS relies on internet access for most applications and system updates, so offline work is limited to cached web apps and Android titles. The Intel Wireless-AC 9560 supports dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi with 802.11ac speeds up to 1.73 Gbps on 160 MHz channels. Bluetooth 5.0 handles wireless peripherals.

Ports and memory ceiling to verify

Two USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C ports provide data up to 5 Gbps and DisplayPort video output, while a single memory slot allows expansion to 8 GB maximum. Buyers needing more than 32 GB of local storage or legacy USB-A ports should check compatibility before ordering.
