Questions about this item

Is the 256 GB SSD user-replaceable or soldered?

The 256 GB SSD is soldered to the board and cannot be swapped by the user.

Does the Core i7-1355U throttle under continuous multi-core load?

The 10-core i7-1355U will hit its thermal ceiling first during sustained heavy workloads, reducing clock speeds to stay within the chassis limits.

How loud does the fan get and what is the surface temperature during an all-day Chrome OS session?

Under typical Chrome OS use the fan stays quiet and the palm-rest area remains comfortably warm, not hot.
