Acer TravelMate X5 with Core i7-8565U

The Acer TravelMate X5 is a 14.0" touchscreen notebook built around a quad-core Intel Core i7-8565U processor running at 1.80GHz with 8 MB L3 cache. It ships with 16 GB of system memory and a 512 GB PCIe NVMe drive, running Windows 10 Pro. The integrated UHD Graphics 620 handles the 1920 x 1080 IPS display.

Wi-Fi 5 and USB 2 connectivity

Wireless networking uses the IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard, branded as Wi-Fi 5, providing a practical ceiling for throughput on congested networks. Two USB ports and a single HDMI output limit simultaneous peripheral connections. The 2-cell battery and 0.6" profile prioritise mobility over extended unplugged runtime.

Memory fixed at 16 GB maximum

Although two memory slots are present, the platform maximum is 16 GB, so the pre-installed capacity cannot be increased. Buyers who need more RAM for virtual machines or large datasets must choose a different system. The integrated graphics share system memory, further constraining available resources for graphics workloads.
