Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the 16.0 inch silver chassis?

The laptop measures 14.11 x 10.33 x .78 inches and weighs 5.29 pounds, so verify your bag or sleeve fits those numbers before buying.

Which screw type secures the bottom cover for RAM or SSD access?

The supplier opens the original seal for upgrades, so the factory screws are already removed and tested; reassembly uses the same Phillips-head fasteners.

When should the 16GB DDR5 memory or 2TB PCIe SSD be upgraded?

Upgrade when memory pressure exceeds 16GB in Task Manager or the 2TB SSD falls below ten percent free space; both slots are user-accessible after the seal is opened.
