Built for gaming and business workloads

The Acer Triton 500 SE-16 pairs an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H with an NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 GPU. 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD support multitasking and fast load times. The 16.0 inch 2560x1600 165Hz display suits both creative work and competitive play. Windows 10 Home ships pre-installed.

Thermals, noise and power draw

A 230W power supply feeds the 8-core processor and dedicated graphics during sustained loads. The 4-cell 99 WHr battery provides mobile runtime away from mains power. Fan behaviour will rise with GPU and CPU utilisation typical of thin gaming chassis. Acoustic output scales with the thermal demand of the current workload.

Build quality and daily connectivity

The gray chassis weighs 5.4lb and measures 14.1 IN x 10.3 IN x .78 IN for a portable footprint. Ports include 1 HDMI, 2 USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2, an SD reader and a headset jack. Wired Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/n/ac/ax and Bluetooth 5.2 cover network needs. A 720p webcam, fingerprint reader and 3-zone RGB keyboard complete the feature set.
