Target device and user

The Acer Aspire Go 15 is a 15.6 inch Full HD laptop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVME SSD. It runs Windows 11 Home and includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI 2.1 and RJ45 Ethernet. The silver chassis weighs 3.5lb and measures 14.15 IN x 9.25 IN x 0.90 IN.

Upgrade context

This model replaces an older system that relies on slower storage, less memory or an earlier wireless standard. The jump is worth it when daily workloads need eight cores, 16 threads and NVME speed for responsive multitasking. Buyers who want more internal storage or a backlit keyboard should look elsewhere.

Interface limits

The single USB Type-C 3.2 port and two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports handle peripheral bandwidth up to their rated speeds. HDMI 2.1 supports external displays at 1920 x 1080. The 10/100/1000Mbps LAN port caps wired throughput at 1000Mbps. The 45W power supply defines the maximum charging rate.
