15.6" FHD IPS display laptop

The Acer Aspire Go 15 is a Windows 11 Home laptop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor that reaches 4.5 GHz. It pairs 16GB of DDR4 memory with a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The 15.6-inch IPS panel shows 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60Hz. Integrated AMD Radeon graphics handle the visual output.

Suits office work and study.

This configuration fits students and professionals who need responsive multitasking, fast boot times and a full-size backlit keyboard for long typing sessions. The 53 Whr battery and 65W adapter support mobile use. Buyers who require a discrete graphics card for 3D rendering, video editing or modern gaming titles should look at a different system.

16GB DDR4 SO-DIMM memory configuration

The laptop ships with 16GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM installed. This amount covers typical productivity, web browsing and streaming workloads without swapping. Users planning to run virtual machines, large creative projects or memory-intensive databases will need to verify whether the platform allows an upgrade beyond the factory configuration.

Questions about this item

Does the 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD need a separate drive caddy or bracket to install in the laptop?

The SSD is already fitted inside the chassis; no extra caddy or bracket is required.

Can I keep using my older USB-A flash drives with the USB 3.2 Type-C port on this machine?

The port is USB-C only, so a USB-A device needs a USB-C-to-USB-A adapter or cable to connect.

After first boot, how do I confirm the AMD Radeon integrated graphics are active on the 15.6" 1920 x 1080 display?

Open Windows Device Manager, expand Display adapters, and verify AMD Radeon Graphics appears with the correct 1920 x 1080 resolution.
