Questions about this item

Will the Ryzen 7 260 hit its 5.1 GHz boost ceiling during long gaming sessions?

The processor has a max boost clock of 5.1 GHz, but sustained loads will drop below that as thermals rise.

How loud and hot does the Nitro 16 get when the RTX 5060 and CPU run flat-out all day?

Fans spin up to move heat from the 8 GB GDDR7 GPU and 8-core CPU; surface temps rise above idle but stay within design limits.

Do I need an external monitor to use the HDMI 2.1 port on this laptop?

No, the 16" 1920 x 1200 180Hz panel works independently; the HDMI 2.1 output is optional for a second display.
