27-inch 4K IPS MiniLED monitor with 1152 dimming zones, 1000 nits peak brightness, 160 Hz refresh rate and 0.5 ms response time
The Acer Nitro XV275K V3biipprx is a 27 inch IPS gaming monitor with MiniLED backlighting and 1152 local dimming zones. It delivers 4K UHD resolution at 3840 x 2160 with a 160 Hz native refresh rate. AMD FreeSync Premium synchronises the panel with compatible graphics cards to eliminate tearing. The matte anti-glare surface reduces reflections in bright rooms.
DFR technology lets you trade resolution for refresh rate, dropping from 4K at 160 Hz to Full HD at 320 Hz when motion clarity matters more than pixel density. This replaces the need to choose between a high-resolution panel and a high-refresh panel for competitive shooters. The jump is worth it if you play both single-player titles at 4K and fast multiplayer games where 320 Hz provides an advantage. A 0.5 ms gray-to-gray response time keeps motion sharp in either mode.
Verify that your graphics card provides DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 outputs to reach the full 4K 160 Hz or FHD 320 Hz specifications. Older ports may limit you to lower refresh rates or resolutions. The monitor includes one DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 2.1 connectors, so check which cables you already own. Ensure your GPU drivers support AMD FreeSync Premium for variable refresh rate operation.
