Questions about this item

What external monitor or dock do I need to use the Thunderbolt 4 port on this laptop?

The Thunderbolt 4 port supports DisplayPort 1.4, Power Delivery and 40 Gbps data. Any monitor or dock with a USB-C input that accepts DisplayPort Alt Mode will work.

Will my existing USB 3.0 flash drives and hard drives run at full speed on the three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports?

Yes. The three USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports operate at 5 Gbps, matching the USB 3.0 specification, so current drives will perform at their rated speed.

How can I confirm the 165 Hz panel is active after I set up Windows 11?

Open Settings > System > Display > Advanced display and verify the refresh rate dropdown shows 165 Hz for the built-in 15.6" FHD screen.
