Questions about this item

How loud and hot does the i5-13420H and RTX 5050 get when gaming all day?

The 8-core i5-13420H runs at a 3.4 GHz base clock and can boost to 4.6 GHz, while the RTX 5050 uses 8 GB of GDDR7 memory; both are cooled in a 14.27 x 9.44 x 0.93 inch chassis weighing 4.66 pounds.

What peripherals or accounts must I already own to start using this laptop?

Windows 11 Home and an Office 2024 licence are pre-installed, so only a power outlet and your user credentials are required to begin working.

Can I keep using my older USB-A 3.2 drives and HDMI monitor with the Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI ports?

Yes, the laptop provides three USB-A 3.2 ports, one Thunderbolt 4 port and one HDMI output, so existing USB-A storage and HDMI displays connect directly.
