17.3" FHD 180Hz gaming laptop

The Acer Nitro V 17 is a 17.3 inch laptop with a 1920 x 1080 display running at 180Hz. It uses an AMD Ryzen 7 260 processor with 8 cores and 16 threads reaching 5.1 GHz turbo. Graphics come from an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 with 8 GB GDDR7 memory. The system includes 32 GB DDR5 4800 RAM and a 1 TB PCIe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Home.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This machine fits gamers and creators who want a large high-refresh screen and strong mobile graphics in a single chassis. The 8-core CPU and RTX 5060 handle modern titles at 1080p well. Buyers needing a touchscreen, a smaller form factor or longer unplugged runtime should consider other models. The 5.97 pound weight and 0.94 inch profile make it less suited for frequent carry.

Installation notes and common issues

As a complete laptop there is no internal assembly required. The factory seal is opened by engineers to verify the 32 GB DDR5 and 1 TB PCIe SSD configuration before shipping. Driver updates for the RTX 5060 and Ryzen 7 260 should be applied on first boot. Some units may show minor cosmetic marks from the inspection process.
