Predator Helios Neo 16S AI gaming laptop

The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is a 16.0 inch gaming laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card with 12GB GDDR7 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR5 SO-DIMM RAM and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The OLED WQXGA panel runs at 2560x1600 resolution and a 240 Hz refresh rate. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This machine suits users who need high core counts and fast graphics in a 4.8lb chassis, such as content creators working with GPU-accelerated workflows or gamers targeting high frame rates at 2560x1600. Buyers who require a touchscreen, a larger storage capacity out of the box, or a lower weight ultraportable should consider other models. The 74 WHr battery and 230W power supply define the mobile runtime envelope.

The spec that decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the 240 Hz OLED WQXGA display paired with the RTX 5070 Ti 12GB GPU. If your workflow or games benefit from 240 frames per second at 2560x1600 on an OLED panel, this configuration matches that need. If you need a different refresh rate, panel technology, or GPU memory amount, this is not the right part.
