Questions about this item

Will the 14.11 x 10.33 x 0.78 inch chassis fit in a standard 16 inch laptop sleeve?

The chassis measures 14.11 x 10.33 x 0.78 inches, so most sleeves labelled for 16 inch laptops will accommodate it.

How do I install the Windows 11 Home and Office 2024 License after the engineer opens the seal for upgrades?

Windows 11 Home and the Office 2024 License are pre-activated; the engineer reseals the unit after upgrade testing so you only need to complete the out-of-box setup.

Can the 16GB DDR5 memory be upgraded later if I need more capacity?

The 16GB DDR5 is soldered and not user-upgradable; future capacity increases would require a board-level service.
