Three-layer barrier mask

These single-use face masks consist of an outer blue PP non-woven layer, a middle melt-blown filter and an inner white PP non-woven layer. The construction blocks both exhaled and inhaled pathogens as well as airborne liquid droplets from coughing, sneezing and respiration. They are intended for general use by adults and children. Each mask measures 17.5×9.5 cm and expands to 165 mm width.

Earloop fit and nose clip

The masks use elastic ear loops 180 mm long and 3 mm in diameter, welded to the inner layer within 10 mm of the edge. A nose clip longer than 80 mm and approximately 3 mm wide sits on the upper edge no more than 16 mm from the top. The support part width does not exceed 10 mm, and the post-stack width is 95 mm with three centre stacks each at least 10 mm wide.

50-piece PE bag pack

Masks are supplied 50 pieces per PE film bag, with 40 bags per carton totalling 2000 pieces. Carton dimensions are 42×33×44 cm. Suitable for working, going out, travelling and visiting a patient. Not suited for buyers who require a reusable or washable face covering.
