USB 7.1 gaming headset

The actoper RS989 is a wired head-mounted headset that connects through a USB 7.1 interface. It is intended for gamers and general users who want surround-style audio on compatible devices.

USB 7.1 interface limits

The USB 7.1 connection works directly with PS4, Xbox One, tablets and single-hole notebooks. Desktop computers require a separate conversion cable that is not included, so buyers without that adapter cannot use the headset on a desktop.

50 mm drivers and 2.5 m cable

Dynamic 50 mm drivers cover a 20-20000 Hz frequency range at 32 ohm impedance and 58 dB sensitivity. The 2.5 metre braided cord gives plenty of reach for desk or console play, while the leatherette earpads suit long sessions. Users needing wireless freedom or a shorter cable will find this model unsuitable.
