Acuity Lithonia LQC 1 G EL N Quantum Series LED Exit Sign Light Kit

Emergency LED Exit Sign Kit

The Acuity Lithonia LQC 1 G EL N Quantum Series is a single-face LED exit sign with green lettering and field-selectable directional chevrons. It operates on dual-voltage 120 or 277 VAC circuits and includes a nickel-cadmium emergency backup battery for illumination during power loss. The cast-aluminium housing in black and silver is suited for commercial and institutional interiors requiring code-compliant egress marking.

Verify Voltage And Mounting Surface

Confirm the building circuit supplies either 120 VAC or 277 VAC before installation. The unit mounts to a standard junction box; ensure the electrical box is securely anchored to the wall or ceiling structure. No lamp heads are included, so separate emergency lighting fixtures may be needed to meet local egress illumination requirements.

Chevron Arrows And Backup Battery

Universal chevron indicators allow on-site selection of left, right or double-arrow direction without extra parts. The integral nickel-cadmium battery automatically activates the LEDs during a mains failure, maintaining the exit legend for the required duration. The aluminium housing provides durable protection for the internal driver and battery assembly.
