Dual-Monitor KVM for Two PCs
This HDMI and DisplayPort switch lets one keyboard, one mouse and two displays control a pair of computers. It supports both extended-desktop and mirrored modes so each system can drive separate screens or duplicate the same image. The unit includes a wired remote, two 1.5 m USB 3.0 cables and a 12 V power adapter.
Sustained 4K 144 Hz and 8K 60 Hz Operation
Video bandwidth holds at 4K 144 Hz or 8K 60 Hz continuously when HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4 cables are kept short. USB 3.0 ports maintain 5 Gbps throughput for attached peripherals during long sessions. Front-panel and remote LEDs indicate the active system without interrupting the signal.
HDMI-plus-DisplayPort Per Computer Requirement
Each connected computer must provide both an HDMI and a DisplayPort output from the same discrete graphics card. Systems with only one video output or split between integrated and discrete GPUs cannot drive both monitors through this switch.

Questions about this item
Does the unit run hot or draw much power when it switches two 4K 144 Hz displays all day?
The switch is powered by an external DC 12 V adapter and has no fan; typical KVMs of this class run cool and draw only a few watts while passing video and USB 3.0 signals.
Which cables and ports must my two computers already have to use both HDMI and DisplayPort inputs?
Each computer needs one HDMI 2.1 output and one DisplayPort 1.4 output; the box includes two 1.5 m USB 3.0 cables for the keyboard, mouse and peripheral connections.
Will the KVM work if one of my PCs only has integrated graphics with a single video port?
Extended and copy modes require both HDMI and DisplayPort from the same discrete GPU per computer, so a system with only one video output cannot drive both monitors through this switch.
