Compact Nearfield Monitor for Small Studios

Check Room Size and Connection Types

Verify that your workspace suits a compact monitor with a rear-firing bass reflex port. Ensure your audio interface or mixer provides the analog inputs the T5V accepts for multi-way connectivity.

Suited for Desktop Mixing, Not Large Rooms

This monitor suits producers and engineers working in tight spaces who need a wide sweet spot from precision waveguide dispersion. It is not for users needing higher output for large rooms or extended low-frequency response below 45Hz.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the T5V and is anything extra needed to start monitoring?

Each T5V is an active nearfield monitor with built-in amplification and a rear-firing bass reflex port. Connect it to your audio interface or mixer via the analog inputs and you have a complete monitoring chain.

How do I decide between the available versions or capacities of the T5V?

The T5V is offered as a single 5" 70 W two-way model. If you need deeper low-frequency extension or higher SPL, consider the larger T7V or T8V from the same series.

What does the 70 W rating mean when the T5V is set up in a small control room?

The 70 W total amplifier power drives the 5" woofer down to 45 Hz and the U-ART tweeter up to 25 kHz, giving a wide sweet spot and enough headroom for nearfield mixing at typical listening distances.
