Active Nearfield Monitor Bundle
The Adam Audio T7V pair combines a 7" polypropylene woofer with a U-ART 1.9" accelerated ribbon tweeter and HPS waveguide for precise stereo imaging. Bi-amped Class-D amplification delivers 50W to each woofer and 20W to each tweeter for a total output of 70W per monitor. The included T10S 10" active subwoofer extends low-frequency response with 130W of dedicated power. Adjustable SMS6000-P stands and MIDI cables complete a ready-to-use studio monitoring system.
39 Hz to 25 kHz Frequency Response
This range determines whether the system captures the full harmonic content of your mixes without a separate subwoofer. The monitors alone reach 39 Hz, while the T10S subwoofer pushes extension lower for critical bass evaluation. High and low shelf filters on the rear panel provide -2, 0, +2 dB adjustment to compensate for room acoustics. XLR and RCA inputs with variable gain ensure compatibility with professional and consumer interfaces.
110 dB Maximum SPL Headroom
The monitor pair achieves 110 dB peak output, giving clean transient reproduction at typical nearfield listening distances. The 130W subwoofer adds substantial low-frequency headroom for electronic music, film scoring and immersive formats. Rear-firing bass-reflex ports on the monitors require placement away from walls for optimal performance. Buyers needing higher SPL for large control rooms or main monitoring should consider larger midfield systems.

Questions about this item
What does the 110 dB maximum SPL mean for monitoring in a typical room?
The 110 dB peak output gives clean headroom for transient-heavy material at nearfield distances without compression.
How do the XLR and RCA inputs limit the signal chain?
Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA accept line-level sources; the rear gain and shelf controls adjust level and tonal balance before the internal amps.
What footprint and height range do the SMS6000-P stands require?
Each stand uses an 18 inch triangular base with three leveling spikes and an adjustable column that supports the monitor mounting platform.
