Liquid-cooled tower with a 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D, 32 GB DDR5, 8 TB NVMe, 10 TB HDD and an RTX 5070
This Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 12-core Ryzen 9 9900X3D processor with 32 GB of DDR5 memory and an RTX 5070 graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and targets professionals who need high single-thread speed plus GPU acceleration for rendering, simulation or AI workloads. The tower chassis provides room for future storage expansion.
A 240 mm Quiet Edition liquid cooler handles the CPU while the Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze unit delivers power with Japanese main capacitors and a 140 mm low-noise fan. The Cooler Master HAF 500 case adds front 200 mm ARGB fans, a rear 120 mm ARGB fan and a dedicated 120 mm GPU fan for directed airflow. Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protections are built into the supply.
Two Samsung 990 PRO drives provide 8 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage with sequential reads up to 7 450 MB/s and writes up to 6 900 MB/s. A 10 TB hard drive with 256 MB cache adds bulk capacity for archives or media libraries. The TUF X870-PLUS motherboard contributes USB4 at 40 Gbps, 2.5 Gb Ethernet and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, while four total memory slots allow an upgrade path to 192 GB.

The cooler ships pre-filled and mounted on the CPU; the step people miss is connecting the pump header and the two radiator-fan headers to the motherboard so the 140 mm fans and pump speed respond to coolant temperature.
The Thermaltake Smart 850 W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply uses an 80 PLUS Bronze design; its electrolytic capacitors typically reach end-of-life before the Ryzen 9 9900X3D or RTX 5070.
The 240 mm radiator surface area saturates before the CPU hits its maximum junction temperature, so coolant temperature rises and the fans ramp to maximum speed.
