Liquid-cooled 14-core desktop

This desktop ships with a 14-core Intel Core Ultra 5 245K processor, 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 240 mm liquid CPU cooler. The Z890 motherboard supports up to 192 GB of RAM across four slots. It is built for creators and gamers who need strong single-thread speed and quiet thermal headroom in a mid-tower chassis.

4 TB NVMe plus 10 TB HDD

The boot drive is a Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSD rated at 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write, while a 10 TB hard drive with 256 MB cache adds bulk storage. Together they give fast application launches and room for large media libraries without extra drives. The RTX 5090 graphics card contributes 32 GB of video memory for heavy rendering workloads.

Check PSU clearance and motherboard ports

The Thermaltake 1000 W 80 PLUS Gold unit occupies the bottom chamber of the Antec P20 case; verify that your workspace accommodates the 469 mm depth. Rear I/O includes Thunderbolt 4, USB 20 Gbps and 10 Gbps Type-C ports plus Intel 2.5 Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 — confirm your peripherals and network gear can use these connections.

Questions about this item

How often should the liquid in the 240 mm AIO cooler be checked or replaced?

The 240 mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed loop designed for the life of the CPU; no user refill or coolant change is required.

What thermal limit will throttle the Core Ultra 5 245K first during an all-day render?

The processor will hit its 5.20 GHz turbo ceiling and then reduce clocks once its internal thermal monitor reaches the factory-set junction maximum.

How loud does the 140 mm PSU fan and the three 120 mm case fans get under continuous load?

The Thermaltake 1000 W Gold unit uses an ultra-quiet 140 mm fan, while the three front 120 mm fans run at low RPM, keeping overall noise at a low hum even at full power draw.
