14-Core AI-Ready Workstation

The Adamant Custom desktop pairs a 14-core Intel Core Ultra 5 245K processor with 64GB DDR5 memory and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB graphics card. Windows 11 Pro drives the 8TB NVMe SSD array and 10TB hard drive. This configuration targets creators and professionals who need high-throughput compute and graphics in a single system.

240mm Liquid Cooling and 1000W Gold PSU

A 240mm quiet-edition AIO cooler handles the CPU while front and rear 140mm case fans run at 1500rpm and 30dBA each. The Thermaltake Toughpower 1000W 80 PLUS Gold unit supplies power with Japanese main capacitors and over-voltage, under-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protection. Liquid cooling and low-noise fans keep thermals steady during sustained workloads.

Z890 Connectivity and Dual 4TB Samsung 990 PRO SSDs

The TUF Z890 motherboard adds rear Thunderbolt 4 Type-C, USB 20Gbps and 10Gbps ports plus mid-board USB 20Gbps Type-C. Wi-Fi 7 2x2 and Bluetooth 5.4 provide modern wireless links. Two 4TB Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0x4 drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes, while the 10TB hard drive adds 256MB cache for bulk storage.

Questions about this item

How is the 240 mm liquid CPU cooler mounted on the LGA 1851 socket, and which step is often missed?

The cooler uses the LGA 1851 retention bracket supplied with the motherboard. The step people skip is removing the protective plastic film from the cold-plate before securing the four thumbscrews.

What maintenance will the 240 mm AIO and the 140 mm case fans need later?

The AIO is a sealed unit and requires no coolant service. The front and rear 140 mm fans should be dusted every few months to keep airflow at 1500 rpm and noise at 30 dBA.

What limit appears first when the RTX 5080 16 GB runs sustained heavy workloads?

The GPU hits its thermal ceiling first; the 240 mm radiator and case airflow must dissipate the full graphics load before the CPU or power supply reach their limits.
