16-Core Ryzen 9 9950X3D Workstation

This desktop combines a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor with 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB NVMe solid-state drive. The GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card provides 12GB of video memory. Liquid cooling and an 850W power supply support sustained workloads in a Corsair 4000D case.

Upgrade From Older AM4 Or Entry AM5 Builds

The AM5 platform brings DDR5 bandwidth and PCIe 4.0 storage speeds that older sockets cannot deliver. Moving to 16 cores with 128MB of L3 cache and a 5.70GHz boost clock is worthwhile when rendering, compiling or multitasking exceeds the capacity of 8-core or 12-core processors.

Suits Creators And Gamers Needing High Core Counts

Buyers who want more than 64GB of memory can expand to 192GB across four slots. The system includes Wi-Fi 7, 2.5Gb Ethernet and USB4 connectivity. Users who require multiple graphics cards, additional 3.5-inch drive bays beyond two, or a smaller chassis should consider other configurations.
