16-Core Ryzen 9 Desktop for Work and Play

This liquid-cooled desktop pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D with 32GB DDR5 and a GeForce RTX 5060. It ships with Windows 11 Pro on a 2TB NVMe drive. The system targets creators and gamers who want strong multi-threaded performance in a ready-to-use chassis.

Suits heavy multitasking; not for maximum GPU power

The 16-core processor and 32GB memory handle video editing, compilation and streaming simultaneously. Builders who need a faster graphics card for 4K gaming or GPU compute should look at a different configuration. The current GPU fits 1440p play and general creative workloads.

2TB Samsung 990 PRO PCIe 4.0 storage decides fit

The boot drive delivers sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. That capacity and speed cover large project libraries and game installs without a secondary drive. Buyers who want more capacity must add drives themselves.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler installed, and which step do builders often miss?

The 360 mm radiator mounts to the top or front of the Corsair 4000D case using the included brackets; the step many miss is orienting the tubes at the bottom of the radiator so air cannot collect in the pump block.

What maintenance will the 360 mm AIO and the 850 W PSU need later?

The sealed AIO requires no coolant changes; only dust the radiator fins and 140 mm fans periodically. The PSU fan intake should be vacuumed once a year to keep the Japanese capacitor cool.

What thermal limit appears first when the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D runs at 5.70 GHz under sustained load?

The 360 mm radiator surface area becomes the bottleneck; coolant temperature rises until the pump and fans hit their maximum speed, capping CPU frequency before the 850 W PSU reaches its 80 PLUS Bronze limit.
